The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) is delighted to announce that we are hosting our third IDDSI Congress & Festival in Derby, UK on Thursday, September 21st, 2023. This event is an ideal opportunity to engage with you and share best practices being demonstrated around IDDSI in Health and Social Care settings. The event is open to all who deliver IDDSI framework, including clinical professionals, dieticians, speech and language therapists, caterers, chefs, patient groups and suppliers.
We will be joined by a host of speakers, and Chef demonstrations, that will enable delegates to put theory into practice, that will support their IDDSI delivery when catering for residents and patients with Dysphagia.

Q: Will there be tickets available at the door?
A: No, the event is now at capacity and tickets will not be available at the door.
Q: I am no longer able to attend the event. What can I do?
A: Refunds will not be provided. If you wish to instead give your seat to a colleague or another individual, please have them print out the ticket that was sent to your inbox. They will need this printed ticket to show proof.
Q: What do I need to bring to the event?
A: All attendees MUST bring a printed copy of their ticket. This ticket should show your QR code and your name.
Q: What does my ticket price include?
A: Ticket price includes the following: full day admission, refreshments, lunch, free wifi and opportunity to visit with vendors, meet the UKIRG team, network with other IDDSI users.
