Reference Group

The Culinary and Food Science IRG meets regularly, with meetings scheduled every quarter. The IRG is made up of volunteers across a diverse group of disciplines and includes representatives from North America, Europe, Africa and Australasia. We welcome support from like-minded food and science fanatics or novices from all parts of the globe, to help us develop understanding and share practical information to make IDDSI easy.
